Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Public File

We're making available our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Public File. Below you'll find each of the components of the Bank’s CRA Public File.

Iowa State Bank is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).

Iowa State Bank's entire public CRA file is available at its main office, located at 500 Audubon Street, Sac City, Iowa. You can ask to inspect this file, at no charge to you, any time the bank is open.

If you do your banking at a branch office, you can ask to see its CRA file, which contains a copy of the public section of the bank's most recent CRA performance evaluation and a list of services provided by your branch. Upon request, your branch must provide for inspection, within five days, all the information in the public file relating to your branch's assessment area.

Iowa State Bank is able to provide printed copies of these documents.  The bank is allowed to charge you a reasonable fee to cover the cost of copying and mailing.   To request printed copies of documents, please contact Iowa State Bank at the addresses or phone numbers shown below.

Interested parties can review the data provided online and print hard copies of documents as needed.
